10 NAP (IR) take on CP Dimapur in volley final; 6 NAP take on DEF Kohima in football final
Dimapur, November 21 (MExN): 6 NAP will take on DEF Kohima in a mouth watering football final of the ongoing 37th Nagaland Police Meet 2017.
6 NAP edged DEF Tuensang 3-2 in an exciting semi-final match at the Police Complex in Chumukedima on Tuesday. Last edition’s runner-up DEF Kohima was held to a 2-2 draw by 2 NAP in the other semifinal but DEF Kohima booked their place in the final for the second consecutive year as they won 3-1 in the tie-breaker.
In volleyball, reigning champion 10 NAP (IR) will take on CP Dimapur in a repeat of last year’s final. The defending champions beat 12 NAP (IR) while last edition’s runner-up CP Dimapur brushed aside 2 NAP in straight sets.
