Dimapur, March 26 (MExN): The 3rd edition of the Sovima T20 Cricket Gold Cup from March 28 will kick off from March 28 at Nagaland Cricket Stadium Sovima. The event will conclude on April 2.
A total of 15 crickets clubs (CC), divided into four groups, will be competing for the cup title, informed the organiser in a press release.
The morning matches starting March 28 will be played from 8 AM onwards, while the afternoon matches are scheduled at 12 noon. Four matches will be played each day.
The inaugural match will be played between Bigshots CC Dimapur and Sovima CC Chümoukedima.
The participating clubs are: Skylark CC Mokokchung, Highlanders SC Chümoukedima, Whisker CC Dimapur, Chumpo CC Wokha (Group A); Dimapur Sixers, Royal Strikers Dimapur, Supernova CC Guwahati; Dimapur Bulls CC (Group B); S Walfard CC Dimapur, Gracia CC Chümoukedima and Elite CC Kohima (Group C); and Strikers CC Dimapur, Bigshots CC Dimapur and Sovima CC Chümoukedima (Group D).
