Mokokchung, June 1 (MExN): A consultative meeting between the Photography Club Dimapur (PCD) and team Yimchalu Village, Mokokchung was held on May 30 to forge partnership for hosting the upcoming 3rd Nagaland Photography Festival in Yimchalu village, Mokokchung with the theme ‘Capturing Serenity.’
The 3rd edition of the Nagaland Photography Festival will be held on September 19, 20 and 21. As per the press release from the PCD, the festival “promises to be a celebration of artistry and visual storytelling like never before.”
‘This collaboration, envisions a festival that would captivate the senses and leave an indelible mark on the artistic landscape of Nagaland and is destined to be infused with the magic of photography, music, community, scenic beauty and cultural exchange. It will present an immersive and enriching experience for participants and attendees alike,’ it also stated.
“Workshops led by seasoned photographers of international repute from mainland, exhibitions showcasing the diverse tapestry of Nagaland's cultural heritage, and interactive sessions fostering dialogue and learning all within an oasis of natural splendour and hospitality find their place in the tapestry of the festival's design,” PCD added in its release.
