DIMAPUR, OCTOBER 23 (MExN): The 43rd Greenwood Sports Meet 2024 commenced today, with Vikie Nagi, Council Chairman of Kuda Village, as the special guest for the event.
The program began with an invocation by Ketusilie Sakhrie, Director of Missions and Evangelism, followed by a welcome address from Asito Peseyie, Director of Greenwood School. After hoisting the flag, Nagi declared the sports meet officially open.
In his address, Nagi expressed gratitude for the invitation and shared his joy at participating in the event as a proud alumnus of Greenwood School. He encouraged students to embody true sportsmanship, emphasizing the importance of resilience, discipline, and fair play in shaping well-rounded individuals.
