Dimapur, May 1 (MExN): The Karbi National Liberation Army (KNLA) has called a 48-hour Karbi-Anglong bandh from May 2. Sources from Karbi-Anglong informed that the bandh was called in protest against the killing of two KNLA cadres on April 26 last, in a shootout with police. The bandh will take effect from 5:00 am, Friday, May 2.
