Kohima, June 12 (MExN): 4Life, the Immune System Company today conducted a free health, fitness assessment and nutrition consultation at Choices Market, Kohima.
During camp, the 4Life team conducted bone mineral density test to measure the amount of minerals, mainly calcium in the bones for people aged above 25 years.
It also conducted a body composition monitor giving a snapshot of one’s health on body weight, body fat percentage, visceral fat, skeletal muscle, resting metabolism and body age, informed Dr. Amenla.
Altogether, 40 people from different walks of life availed the free health awareness camp.
