Dimapur, March 23 (MExN): The three-day 4th All Nagaland Open Chess Championship 2021 organised by the Sumi Chess Association Nagaland (SCAN) will start from March 24 at Tourist Lodge, Dimapur.
Dr Inaje Phuleshe will be the special guest for the inaugural programme, starting 9:00 am Wednesday, informed a press release from SCAN Secretary Mughato Kibami.
The Association also requested to all school and college students participating in the championship to wear their respective uniforms on the first and last day of the tournament.
All the players are requested to reach the venue before 8:30 am, it said.
It is mandatory for all the players, and guardians to wear mask during the tournament. All the necessary COVID-19 guidelines, SoPs prescribed by the government will be strictly adhered to, it added.
