DIMAPUR, NOVEMBER 28 (MExN): Five bakeries in Kohima have been issued with improvement notice by the Chief Medical Officer, Kohima after Food Safety Officer and staff found them in unhygienic conditions and other violations. Among others, these bakeries were using ingredients exceededing best before date, storing of finished products in the bedroom, using of newspaper etc during inspection, a press release issued by Dr Ritu Thurr, CMO informed.
According to the release, the bakeries include M/S United Bakery, New Minister Hill; M/S JA Bakery, Lerie Chazou; M/S Modern Bakery, Middle AG Colony; M/S Baby Bakery, AG Colony; and M/S M Bakery, AG Colony,
