CHIZAMI, JANUARY 15 (MExN): The 52nd Chizami Sports Association (CSA) meet was held from January 7 to 14 at Chizami. Around 400 sportspersons from six Khels competed in 17 sports disciplines.

Wezope Kenye, IAS, Secretary, Youth Resources & Sports and Parliamentary Affairs, Government of Nagaland was the valedictory guest. He spoke on the ever growing popularity of sports and encouraged the young sportspersons to pursue it professionally aside from studies. He called upon the parents to change the mindset and encourage their young ones to pursue sports as an alternative career and not only focus on academics alone.
