Medziphema, March 28 (MExN): In the ongoing 7th Frolic Cup, the United Falcon Club Junior moved to the next round after defeating Zillia FC. The solitary goal in favour of UFC was scored by Tonmingthan in the 64th minute. Caution was issued to Nehminlem and Daniel of Zillai FC for fault play.
In the second match, Amigos FC edged passed Sparkle United FC after match ended in a 2-2 draw. Kevitsokho gave the lead in the 4th minute for Sparkle but the lead was shelved as Kekhrie of Amigos converted a spot kick in the 22nd minute. After the break, Amigos took the lead in the 39th minute through Sunep. The Sparkle came back in the 56th minute scored by Henry Savino. Caution was given to Benry and Shalo of Amigos and Tiasang of Sparkle FC. In the tie breaker, Amigos took away the win with the score line 5-3.
The afternoon match saw young talent of Ukigei FC and Sechü Zubza FC Academy. After the full time, the match proceeded to tie breaker with both team scoring a Goal each. Goal scorer of Sechü Zubza Academy came from the boot of Mhaphruovito in the 36th minute. The equalizing goal for the Ukigei FC came from Viphrülie in the 57th minute. In the tie breaker, Ukigei FC took away the game with 5-4.
In the evening last match, Swat team proceeded to the next round defeating the Fantasy FC with 2 goals to none. Neizosetuo of Swat FC open the score sheet in the 7th minute. The second half witnessed a strong attacking Fantasy FC but lacking in finishes. The match was sealed when a misdirected kick from Zakiebeituo of Fantasy FC found his own team net.
