Tenning, January 5 (DIPR): Namri Nchang, Member of Nagaland Legislative Assembly (MLA) representing 6th Tening Assembly Constituency was the chief guest of the 7th Tening Triennial General Conference cum Cultural Festival 2017 at Tening Village on January 5.
Namri Nchang in his speech called upon all to preserve culture wherever they live and asked the Tening village to set an example. Achakbo Newmai, Superintendence of Engineer, Department of Agriculture, Government of Nagaland also spoke in the occasion as Guest of Honour.
Reverend Kitanwi, Chewang E/S LBA invoked the gathering. Special number was presented by B.Y.E. Tening Village. Welcome note was delivered by Namkiabui, Chairman of TVC. Zengdibo Meriamai gave presidential address.
