Kohima, November 5 (MExN): The 8th Kohima District Open Volleyball Tournament 2021 (Men & Women) will take place from November 10 to 12 at Kohima Local Ground under the aegis of Kohima District Volleyball Association (KDVA) with the theme “Transcending through sports.”
Akumla Chuba, Director, Youth Resources & Sports, Nagaland will grace the inaugural function on November 10 at 11:00 AM at Kohima Local Ground.
The last date for submission of entry forms has been extended till November 8 (Monday).
Entry forms available at Sports World, Main Town, Kohima and Star Sports, near Southern Angami Sumo Parking, BOC Kohima.
Meanwhile, KDVA ground management committee has been informed to attend a meeting on November 8 at 10:00 AM at Kohima Local Ground.
PRIZE MONEY
• Men category: 1st - Rs 50,000; 2nd- Rs 25,000; Semi finalists- Rs. 5000 each; Best Setter- Rs 2000; Best Spiker- Rs 2000; Best Coach- Rs 2000
• Women category: 1st- Rs 30,000; 2nd- Rs 15,000; Semi finalist- Rs 5000 each; Best Setter- Rs 2000; Best Spiker- Rs 2000
