Dimapur, March 9 (MExN): The 9 Assam Rifles under the aegis of HQ IGAR (North) seized 240 bottles of illegal liquor in small packages from a vehicle during an operation at Chizami Sub Division on March 7. The operation launched after specific input apprehended two persons identified as T Thsathrongse of Changcho Village and Tonny Tep of Village Teropuyu of Distt Kiphire, the AR informed in a press note. Both the individuals along with vehicle and illegal liquor were handed over to Police Station Chizami for further investigation, it added.
