Kohima, June 5 (MExN): 98 local boys trained by 9 Assam Rifles under the aegis of HQ IGAR (North) cleared the Army recruitment test conducted in Kohima from May 18 to 23, informed Lt Col Amitabh Sharma, PRO, IGAR (North) in a press release. 9 Assam Rifles had conducted pre-recruitment training of 183 boys from April 15 till May 17. The training included physical training, endurance run, sprints and upper body exercise, it said. 9 Assam Rifles is further conducting coaching for written exams scheduled in July 2017.
