Kohima, November 7 (MExN): The 9th edition of ‘Hornbill Riders Meet’ (HRM) with the theme ‘Riders Unlocked’ will be held from December 2 to 4 at Chünca (Kire Farm) and Khetsiegei (Sachü Badze), south east of and 10 kms away from Kohima city, along the Phek, Kiphire road.
The event will be hosted by Naga Chiefs of Nagaland Motorcycle Club (NMC) with Nagaland Tourism, Government of Nagaland as partners.
While it will be open to all Royal Enfield riders, this year’s edition will be subjected to limited entries due to unavoidable factors, the organisers informed in a press release on Sunday.
It will also be mandatory for all participants (including organizers) to produce either vaccination certificates or COVID negative test report taken not more than 72 hours/3 days as of December 2, they added.
All existing government SOPs and any additional regulation that might be put in place by Health authorities will be followed, the release stated.
The Naga Chiefs of Nagaland Motorcycle Club welcomed riders from Nagaland and beyond to register for the event. Venue will be opened to registered riders at 3:00 pm on December 2, while online registrations will open on November 9 at 9:00 am and close on November 25 at 9:00 pm.
On spot registration will not be entertained this edition due to COVID-19 concerns and protocols.
