Through your esteem daily, I would like to publish a letter to the Telecom service provider. We the customers of different Telecom service providers like Airtel, BSNL and Jio have been facing untold hardship as we are not getting a quality services. Many Students have failed to attend online classes and now lacking behind their friends. The Airtel internet connectivity do not achieve more than 400 B/s. Most of the time it provides 0-120 B/s. BSNL shuts down once the current is gone. Jio on the other hand do not provide service as per customer satisfaction . Sometimes it is not in service for more than 3-4 days. During this pandemic hour, most of us has to carry out our work through online and, we are failing miserably.
Therefore, I would like to request the respective telecom operators to kindly look into the matter of customers genuine grievance at the earliest possible.
