Shokhuvi SC lifts fourth straight title

The 59th Aqahuto Area Annual Sports Meet 2025, organised by the Aqahuto Area Sports Association (AASA), concluded on November 22 at Kiyeto village in Chümoukedima.
Defending champions Shokhuvi Sporting Club (SSC) retained the football title, defeating Pimla Sporting Club (PSC) 3–1 in the final, securing their fourth consecutive championship. In men’s volleyball, Vihoshe SC emerged champions, while Shitovi SC finished runners-up. Ghowoto SC took first place in the women’s volleyball category, with Toshezu SC securing second position.
In men’s badminton, Vihuto SC claimed the top spot, followed by Pimla SC. Kiyevi SC won the women’s badminton title, with Zutovi SC finishing runners-up. Lhothavi Sporting Club was adjudged the “Best Disciplined Team” of the tournament.
