Dimapur, February 25 (MExN): Abiogenesis performed at the Aadi Mahotsav, the Mega National Tribal Festival at New Delhi on February 23 evening at Major Dhyan Chand National Stadium. Naga Howey music enthralled the gathering, said a press release issued by Nungsang Ozukum for Abiogenesis.
The festival inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on February 16 will culminate on February 27.
This National Tribal Festival of the Ministry of Tribal Affairs is being organised by North Central Zone Cultural Centre and it celebrates the tribal spirit including its culture, crafts, cuisine, commerce and traditional art.
Around 1000 tribal artisans are participating in the Mahotsav. In line with the International Year of Millets celebration, a special focus in the Mahotsav is being showcased by Shree Anna grown by the tribals. Around 17 states/UTs are participating in this Mahotsav.
