Mon, February 28 (DIPR): During her tour to Mon District Additional Chief Secretary & Commissioner, Nagaland, Banuo Z. Jamir had an interaction with the District officers at Mopong EAC Headquarter on February 25.
She briefed the officers about her visit and the meeting with the Government officers. She had detail face to face discussions with the Government officers of the district regarding implementation of various developmental activities of the Government, department wise. While briefing their respective departmental activities, the officer also shared and reported their grievance faced by the department in discharging their normal duties, like shortage of man power, lack of staffs & officers quarters, proper office buildings & furniture, etc to the ACS & Commissioner. She interacted with the officers of the IPR, Medical, Social welfare, Power, DRDA, DUDA, Town Planning, Education, PHED, and other officers and reviewed the implementation of the different schemes.
Later after the reviewed meeting she also inspected the Sub-Power station of the Power department and EAC office at Mopong. She also visited Angchangyeang SDO Civil Hq. and Longching EAC Hq. on her way back to Mon Headquarter. At Mon Headquarter, she had a special meeting with the administrative officers of the district at Walo Guest House.
