Tening, August 2 (MExN): Additional Deputy Commissioner Tening, Rhosietho Nguori convened a meeting for Independence Day 2019 celebration at Town Hall Tening on August 2.
A DIPR report stated that the house has fixed for mass social work on August 12, for the preparation of Independence Day celebration. The work distribution like welcome gate construction, rostrum construction, decoration, first aid, march pass contingents, stall and sound system arrangement etc were discussed.The head offices and institutions attended the meeting and shared the needs and requirement for the public in general. The Medical Officer had raised the issue of water supply scarcity in the hospital (Primary Health Centre). State Bank of India Manager also mentioned that irregular power supply affects smooth function of bank. ADC has directed Roads & Bridges department to keep vigil for and landslide and road blockade in Tening administrative area.
