The National Law University, Delhi established in 2008 by Act No. 1 of 2008 is premier Law University established in the capital city of India. The University invites applications for admission to B.A.LL.B. (Hons.), LL.M. and Ph.D. Programmes for the academic year 2017-18 commencing from August, 2017.
The Admission to B.A. LL.B. (Hons.), LL.M. and Ph.D. Programmes will be through AILET to be conducted at: Ahmedabad (Gandhinagar), Amritsar, Bangalore, Bhopal, Chandigarh, Chennai, Cochin, Cuttack, Delhi, Guwahati, Hyderabad, , Jaipur, Jammu, Jodhpur, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai, Patna, Raipur, and Varanasi on May 7, 2017.
B.A. LL.B. (Hons.)-
Five-Year Programme
Eligibility: Senior Secondary School Examination (10+2 System) or Equivalent Examination with 50% marks. The candidates appearing in the 12th standard examination in March/April, 2017 can also apply.
Age: Below 20 years as on 1 July, 2017 (22 yeaRs. in case of SC/ST candidates).
Total Seats: 80 (70 seats on merit through AILET and 10 seats for direct admission to Foreign Nationals on merit).
LL.M. (One year)
Eligibility: LL.B. or an Equivalent Law Degree with 55% marks (50% in case of SC/ST/ Persons with Disability). The candidates appearing in final LL.B. examination in April/May, 2017 can also apply.
Total Seats: 35+5 seats for Foreign Nationals
Reservation: 15% for SC, 7.5% for ST and 3% for Persons with Disabilities.
How to Apply:
Interested candidates should apply only online on payment of Rs. 3, 000/- for General Candidates and Rs.1, 000/- in case of SC/ST and Persons with Disability (PD) excluding service charges along with copy of requisite Caste/Person with Disability Certificate. Below Poverty Line (BPL) applicants of SC/ST category are exempted from application fee.
The NLUD has not authorized any agent/agency for admission. No payment should be made to any unauthorized person and the students should apply only online for admission through: http://nludelhi.admissionhelp.com, http://www.nludelhi.ac.in up to April 7, 2017.

Indian Statistical Institute
The Indian Statistical Institute (ISI), a unique institution devoted to the research, teaching and application of statistics, natural sciences and social sciences. The institute gained the status of an Institution of National Importance by an act of the Indian Parliament in 1959. The Headquarter of ISI is in Kolkata while there are four other centres located in Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai and Tezpur.
The ISI has invited application for the following programmes from the candidates having qualifications as shown against each programme. Candidates who are due to complete the qualifying examinations before 01 July 2017 may also apply. Stipends/Fellowships as mentioned against each programme will be available to the deserving candidates.
List of Academic Programmes:
1. 3-year B Stat (Hons): Successful completion of Higher Secondary (10+2) or equivalent with Mathematics and English as subjects. Stipend of Rs. 3000/- per month (Offered at Kolkata).
2. 3-year B Math (Hons): Successful completion of Higher Secondary (10+2) or equivalent with Mathematics and English as subjects. Stipend of Rs. . 3000/- per month (Offered at Bengaluru).
3. 2-year M Stat: (i) 3-year Bachelor’s degree or a BE/B.Tech. degree with Statistics as a subject, or (ii) B. Math. Degree from ISI, or (iii) PG Diploma in Statistical Methods from ISI. Stipend Rs. . 5000/- per month (Offered at Delhi and Chennai).
4. 2-year M Math: (i) 3-year Bachelor’s degree, or (ii) BE/B. Tech. degree with Mathematics as a subject, or (iii) B. Stat. degree from ISI. Stipend Rs. . 5000/per month (Offered at Bengaluru).
5. 2-year Master of Science (MS) in Quantitative Economics: (i) 3-year Bachelor’s degree in Economics/Mathematics/Statistics/Physics, or (ii) B. Stat. degree from ISI, or (iii) BE/B. Tech. degree or any other qualification considered equivalent (such as AMIE). Stipend Rs. . 5000/- per month (Offered at Kolkata and Delhi).
6. 2-year Master of Science (MS) in Quality Management Science: (i) 3-year Bachelor's degree with Mathematics as a subject, or (ii) BE/B. Tech. degree in any discipline. Stipend of Rs. . 5000/- per month (Offered at Bengaluru and Hyderabad).
7. 2-year Master of Science (MS) in Library and Information Science: 3-year Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Stipend Rs. . 5000/- per month (Offered at Bengaluru).
8. 2-year M Tech in Computer Science: (i) Master's degree in Mathematics/ Statistics/ Physics/ Electronic Science/ Computer Science/ Computer Applications/ Information Technology or, (ii) BE/B. Tech. degree or any other qualification considered equivalent (such as AMIE or, DOEACC ‘B’ Level). Stipend Rs. . 8000/- per month (Offered at Kolkata).
9. 2-year M. Tech in Quality, Reliability & Operations Research: (i) Master's degree in Statistics or (ii) Master's degree in Mathematics with Statistics as subjects or (iii) BE/B. Tech. degree or any other qualification considered (such as AMIE) and (ii) Physics and Chemistry at (10+2) level. Stipend Rs. . 8000/- per month (Offered at Kolkata).
10. 1-year PG Diploma in Statistical Methods and Analytics: (i) Bachelor's degree in any discipline with Mathematics as a subject or, (ii) BE/B. Tech. degree or any other qualification considered equivalent (such as AMIE). Stipend Rs. . 2000/- per month (Offered at ISI NE Centre at Tezpur, exclusively for the domiciled North-East students).
11. 1-year PG Diploma in Computer Applications: 3-year Bachelor's degree with Mathematics as a subject (Offered at Giridih).
Junior Research Fellowship (JRF):
The ISI also invitees application through JRF in (a) Statistics (b) Mathematics (c) Quantitative Economics (d) Computer Science (e) Quality, Reliability & Operations Research (f) Physics (g) Agricultural Chemistry and Soil Science (h) Geology (i) Library and Information Science (j) Linguistics (k) Sociology and (l) Psychology.
Fellowships of Rs. 28000 are available for item A-L for applicants with ME/M Tech or equivalent and Rs. 25000/- per month for others. A special fellowship is also available for outstanding candidates in selected subjects. (Details are available in the Prospectus).
Selection Procedure:
Selection of candidates is based on merit as judged by their performance in written tests and interviews conducted by the Institute. Past academic record may also be taken into consideration. Due consideration is given to SC/ST/OBC/Differently Abled candidates for all programmes.

Candidates in India can apply only ON-LINE through the official website http://www.isical.ac.in/~admission/. The Admission Test will be conducted at various centres all over India. Applicants should read carefully the Prospectus and the instructions given in the website before filling in the application form.
