The Sumi Aphuyemi Baptist Church Kohima (SABCK) organised 2nd Open Penalty Shootout at D Khel Ground, Kohima village on October 19. Altogether, 51 teams joined the event.
In men category, Adroit Boys lifted the championship title and walked away with a cash prize of Rs 40,000. Chedema United bagged runner up title. The losing semi-finalists included ANTA and Vezetuo FC.
Best goalkeeper went in favour of James Kajiri, Adroit Boys. DBS Azanaqo and SST won champion and runner up respectively in women category.
Earlier, Kevidezo Peter Rutsa, Vice president BJP Nagaland graced the opening ceremony while closing function was graced by Vixepu Swu, joint secretary Sumi Hoho.
The prize sponsors included Neikhru Dzuvichu, Diethoselie Sachu, Fun Tree Crew, Popular Bakery and Rutsa Bakery.
