Advisor Kazheto appeals Union Minister to tackle youth unemployment

New Delhi, April 23 (MExN): Advisor for Labour, Employment & Skill Development and CAWD, Kazheto Kinimi paid a courtesy call on Union Minister of State (Independent Charge) for Labour & Employment, Santosh Kumar Gangwar at his office in New Delhi on April 23.  

Kazheto requested the Union Minister to consider the pending projects in the ministry as well as consider more projects for Nagaland, said a press release from PRO, Nagaland House, New Delhi.  

He highlighted the State’s youth unemployment, calling it the biggest challenge of the department and the State. The Advisor emphasised the need for training the unemployed youth and also providing them with opportunities. The Central government must come forward to help our youth who are ready to take up any challenge in this peace process period, he added.  

According to the press release, the Union Minister assured to consider whatever is possible under his Ministry and asked the Advisor to submit the State’s top priority project for early consideration.   Kazheto was accompanied by Commissioner & Secretary Anenla T Sato, Director Vandanshan Lotha, and Project Officer (Labour) T Chubayanger.
