Kohima, June 20 (MExN): Deputy Commissioner Kohima, Shanavas C IAS in an Advisory stated that some unscrupulous elements are engaged in selling Government land or property to unsuspecting victims. He therefore informed the general public that all such transactions are illegal and void and illegal occupants shall be evicted and structures demolished at the expense of evictee. Further, legal action shall be initiated against both the seller and buyer under relevant section of law, the DC Kohima stated.
