A&E Nagaland informs on settled pension cases, GPF payment

Kohima, September 3 (MExn): The office of the Accountant General (A&E) Nagaland has informed all retired state government officers/officials that pension cases settled for the months of May and June, 2020 and GPF final payment cases settled for the months of April, May, June and July 2020 have been uploaded on the official website.

Pensioners may log on to www.agnagaland.gov.in by clicking ‘Felicitation and Pension or GPF Felicitation’, the release informed. It further informed that the pension server crashed and COVID-19 lockdown measures in various parts of the country caused delay in restoration of the server and settlement of pension cases thereof,  adding that the delay is sincerely regretted.

The office has informed all state government officials that a ‘Grievances Redressal and Feedback Committee for Entitlement Functions’ has been constituted with the following members:

Aggrieved pensioners or government officials facing genuine problems with regard to settlement of any entitlement benefits have been requested to write directly to Uttam Chanda, Deputy Accountant General (A&E) via e-mail at chanda.u@cag.gov.in or agaenagaland@cag.gov.in or through a hand written letter.  They may also contact the Grievance Redressal and Feedback Committee, the office informed. All Heads of Departments have also been requested to forward pension cases after MACP are granted wherever applicable, so that inconvenience of revising pension at a later stage is avoided.
