KOHIMA, December 1 (MExN): The office of the Accountant General, Nagaland has informed all retired State Government officials that pension cases settled for the month of October, 2020 and GPF final Payment cases settled for the month of October, 2020 have been uploaded on Office of the PAG (A&E) Nagaland website.
Pensioners may log on to www.agnagaland.gov.in by clicking at Felicitation and PENSION or GPF Felicitation sections.
It further informed all State government officials that a grievances redressal and feedback committee for entitlement functions has been constituted. The members of this committee include Joseph KA, Sr. Accounts Officer (9436216580, email: agnagaland@cag.gov.in for pension related matters only); Arup Roy, Sr Accounts Officer (9436601437, email: agnagaland@cag.gov.in for gazetted entitlement related matters); and Akum Chuba, Sr Accounts Officer (9436005112, email: agnagaland@cag.gov.in for GPF related matters)
Aggrieved pensioners or government officials facing genuine problems with regard to settlement of any entitlement benefits are requested once again to write directly to Uttam Chanda, Deputy Accountant General (A&E) via e-mail at chanda.u@cag.gov.in or agaenagaland@cag.gov.in or through a handwritten letter. They may also contact the Grievance Redressal and Feedback Committee.
Meanwhile, all Heads of the Departments have been requested to provide mobile numbers of retirees in their pension application form and GPF final payment application form for receiving SMS Service regarding status of their pension and GPF final payment.
