Zunheboto, March 29 (MExN): Member of the Legislative Assembly (MLA) representing 34 Aghunato A/C, Pukhayi Sumi has assured Government assistance for all villages under Aghunato sub-division.
The MLA was speaking during a “Thanks Giving” programme to celebrate his victory in the 13 NLA elections at Aghunato town on March 28.
“All the villages under Aghunato Sub-Division will be provided with Government assistance," stated Sumi, who has been appointed Advisor of Food and Civil Supplies, Legal Metrology & Consumer Protection and NSDMA.
A general meeting of Aghunato area is also going to be organised shortly, he informed adding that the meeting will deliberate on developmental issues.
The NDPP MLA further extended thanks to the people of Aghunato for offering him the opportunity to serve the people again.
