Kohima, July 17 (MExN): The Agriculture Officers Association Nagaland (AOAN) recently installed its office bearers for the tenure 2022-2025. The association stated that it felt the necessity to form this organization for the officers of the department for agriculture graduates serving under Agriculture Department, Government of Nagaland. AOAN will be led by L Mhao Lotha as President.
Other office bearers include Z Hukhato Sema, Vice President; Dr James K Chawang, General Secretary; Dr Lanunochetla, Joint Secretary; and Medovilie Ladu as Finance Secretary cum Treasurer. The Advisors include M Ben Yanthan, Director of Agriculture; C Peter Yanthan, Additional Director of Agriculture and BN Phom, Additional Director of Agriculture. Meanwhile, the house also endorsed the office bearers to select district representatives (one member each) from all the districts in consultation with the concerned respective district agriculture officers.
