Muslim Council Dimapur presents certificate on serving halal food items
Dimapur, February 3 (MExN): ‘Al Arabia’ restaurant serving Arabic food was inaugurated by A Rahman, Working President of Muslim Council Dimapur (MCD) at Darogapathar village in Dimapur on Saturday.
Proprietor of Al Arabia, Sentirenla Jamir shared how her stay at Qatar for almost a decade made her fall in love with Arabic food and her long-cherished dream of having one at home state finally happened with the opening of Al Arabia, stated a press release received here.
A Rahman while congratulating the proprietor on the opening said that Al Arabia is a unique joint serving Arabic food. He said, “Nagas have found a good taste of Muslim dishes, and that there is a huge increase in the number of visitors at various Muslim restaurants in and around Dimapur area.”
To clear doubts of serving halal food by Naga chefs and to officially certify it, the MCD presented a certificate on serving halal food items to the proprietor of the restaurant.
The MCD in the certificate assured all food lovers that the restaurant will provide authentic Arabic halal dishes. Al Arabia is one of the very few restaurants serving exclusively halal dishes, the release stated.
The main menu of the restaurant starts with Rs 220 to Rs 1100.
