Kohima, May 24 (MExN): The Phek Deputy Commissioner today directed that all domestic animals should be kept confined in proper enclosures or within the premises of the respective owner’s compound and not allowed to stray out. This has been ordered to reduce the risk of transmission since several quarantine centers have been set up in various parts of the district. Action shall be initiated against any person for non-compliance of the directive, it cautioned.
