All India pre-veterinary test

Kohima, January 14 (MExN): The Nagaland State Veterinary Council (NSVC), Directorate of Veterinary & Animal Husbandry, Kohima has informed that, the Veterinary Council of India is inviting application from candidates who have passed Class-12 science or appearing during 2014, and those who have attained or will be attaining 17 years of age on 31/12/14 for All India Pre-Veterinary Test (AIPVT-2014) to fill up 15% of total number of seats in Veterinary Colleges in India. The invitation is for Indian nationals for admission to 1st year of BV.Sc. & A.H. course for academic session 2014-15.

Interested candidates/students can apply through written examination of AIPVT-2014, to be conducted by the VCI during the month of May 2014.
The information bulletin and application form for the All India Pre-Veterinary Test (AIPVT-2014) will be available for sale from January 6 to February 12, 2014, in the office of the Registrar, Nagaland State Veterinary Council (NSVC), Directorate of Veterinary & A.H. during office working hours.

The candidates are required to prepare demand draft in favour of “VETERINARY COUNCIL OF INDIA-EXAMINATION FUND” payable at New Delhi. The amount of demand draft is as follows: 1). Scheduled Tribe SC/ST Category - Rs.750. General category/ OBC category - Rs.1500.

The information bulletin and application form will be issued on receipt of the demand draft, a release received here said.
