Dimapur, October 23 (MExN): Alovi Achumi won the Nagaland Exotic Model Hunt (Season-3) while Britney Jidung, Panglih Wangsu, Neisekhonuo Rüpreo and Wonchano Ngullie were declared first runner-up, second runner-up, third runner-up and fourth runner-up respectively.
The Three Winners of Nagaland Exotic Model Hunt Season - 3 are going to get direct entry to the 19th Edition of Sunsilk Mega Miss North East which is to be held in the month of December 2022, informed a press release on Sunday.
The show was organized by The Blue Curves, a Dimapur-based pageant organisation established in the year 2016.
The Nagaland Exotic Model Hunt Season - 3 was held on the theme ‘Escalate fashion, innovate you’ and Kewekhape Therie, President, Nagaland Pradesh Congress Committee & Former Finance Minister, Government of Nagaland graced the occasion as chief guest.
According the press release, Talikaba Longkumer, President of The Blue Curves addressed the gathering and said that it has not been easy organise such shows in Nagaland. However, his faith in God and the support of his team has made Season 3 possible. He also congratulated all the participants and wished them the best of luck.
Meanwhile, Therie that he sees the youth as the nation's treasure and encouraged them to believe in themselves and in God in order to make their dreams a reality.
He is also said to have highlighted various issues in the state including lack of financial support from banks for students seeking education loans; good healthcare for the older generation; as well as electoral malpractices such as proxy voting. He also spoke about how the people of Nagaland do not enjoy the benefits of a good economy, filtered water supply, uninterrupted power supply, good roads, among other, as per the press release.
In a special appearance, Lovi Awomi, Miss India Nagaland, presented the subtitles to the participants which included Sussana Kikon (Miss Photogenic); Neisekhonuo Rüpreo (Miss Top Model); Alovi Achumi (Miss Fresh Face); Ayuh Konyak (Miss Multimedia); Atunali Chophy (Miss People's Choice); and Alovi Sumi (Miss Best in Evening Gown).
The pageant was judged by Asola Ozukum - President of Mokokchung Arts & Aesthetic Management; Kholie Guma - Reigning Runners up of Mr Arunachal Pradesh; Imlibenla Wati Nienu - Miss Nagaland 2012, Miss India Elite 1st runners up 2015, Miss Asia Pacific India 2016, Miss Supra Talent World runner up Season – 7; Danube Kangjam - Reigning Winner of 18th Sunsilk Mega Miss North East; Kilentola Jamir - Counselor, Life Skill Communication and Development, Board member of CAN Youth NGO & Tribal Old Age Home.
