Kiphire, January 7 (MExN): The three-day Amahator Range Students’ Union (ARSU) 27th general session held under the theme ‘Embracing change and transformation’ concluded on January 6. 

Addressing the gathering as the cultural guest, the former Minister Kipili Sangtam encouraged the students to make books their best friend, ‘because you cannot do anything without education.’

“One should work hard and be committed in truth, have vision and live,” he stated and added, “if one doesn’t know God, they will never prosper in life.”

Hd GB of Kisetong village, L Chumpise shared the genesis of ARSU and its nomenclature. 

It was followed by a Longmikhi (folk song) competition by Amahator Range Student's Union representative units.
