KOHIMA, MARCH 27 (MExN): The Nagaland Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC), Kohima has published the Amended Regulations of the NERC (Renewable Purchase Obligation and its Compliance) Regulations, 2011, for the information of the persons likely to be effected. Copies of the Nagaland Electricity Regulatory Commission (Renewable Purchase Obligation and its Compliance) (First Amendment) Regulations, 2014 are available in the Office of the Nagaland Electricity Regulatory Commission, Old MLA Hostel Complex, Kohima and also in the office of the Chief Engineer (Power), Nagaland, Kohima. The same can be seen by any interested person during office hours on any working day, informed a press note from the NERC. The Regulations are also available at the NERC website: www.nerc.org.in. Any person having any comments/suggestions/objections may submit the same in writing, addressed to the Secretary, Nagaland Electricity Regulatory Commission latest by April 14 and the Amended Regulations shall be taken into consideration on 15th April., 2014.
