With utmost plea I request your competent authority to please look into the grievances of the trainees. It's been 11 years and running since we have had completed our training and anxiously waiting for the appointment order.
With the passing of years, we are turning over age. We want to work when we are young and energetic but not in old age. In the hope of securing VFA job I am happily married and have two children but looking at the dark future, my family is at stake because how long will I feed them with daily wages (Hajara). Like me, many of my friends are in frustration, shame, hiding away from society because we are unemployed and jobless. Having been trained to be employed we have invested all our dreams and hope. We pray to God regularly for our appointment order. Each and every single day of our lives we cry bitterly because the burden is HEAVY.
