Dimapur, November 15 (MExN): The All Nagaland College Students Union (ANCSU) Collegiate Meet 2018 at Dimapur Government College entered day three with Dr Neikiesalie Nicky Kire, Advisor Rural Development as Special Invitee of the Beat Contest on November 15. In his brief speech, he encouraged the students to give due concern to sports and music as they have become the most paid in modern times. Kire exhorted the students to follow their dreams and be the best in their own fields. “While it is important to win, it is more important to participate,” Kire stated. Keneitsituo Kense, Social & Cultural Secretary ANCSU delivered a note on the beat contest. Atokali D Chishi and Ruopfukuolie Chutso were the host for the evening. A total of eleven bands took part in the contest. Temjen Imna Along, Minister Higher and Technical Education who was the Chief Host of the Collegiate Meet had a session with the students on November 14. On November 16 the closing day, Kelhouneizo Yhome, former President NSF and Tito Yepthomi, Entrepreneur and Vice President DDADU will be the match patrons for the final match of football and volleyball respectively. Er. Zale Neikha, Advisor Youth Resources and Sports will be the Special Invitee for the closing function.
