ANCSU mourns

KOHIMA, NOVEMBER 24 (MExN): The All Nagaland College Students' Union (ANCSU) mourned the untimely demise of Ketsodi Ltu, the Founding Member of ANCSU and Tribunal General All Nagaland College Students' Union & Chairman Election Commission ANCSU 1992-1995, who passed away on November 23.

Ltu rendered his immeasurable contributions and sacrifices towards the betterment and welfare of the students’ community. His remarkable leadership, unwavering dedication and devotion to his people will be fondly remembered for all times to come, ANCSU stated in a condolence message received here today.

“Today, the ANCSU in particular, other civil societies and Nagas in general have lost a true son of the soil and the vacuum left by his demise would be difficult to fill. As we reflect on his life testament and lasting legacy of bringing the ANCSU into existence, we are reminded of his vision for unity, commitment to social justice and pioneering spirit, which will continue to stand as an inspiring example for generations of students to persist in our pursuit for progress,” the Union stated.

His zealous effort to champion the fight for the rights and aspirations for the Naga youths and students will be forever cherished and his name shall be recorded in the pages of the ANCSU history, the Union stated.
