DIMAPUR, NOVEMBER 22 (MExN): The All Nagaland District Ministerial Service Association (ANDMSA) has decided to initiate a phase wise agitation all over the state. A press note from the ANDMSA informed that this decision was taken due to the state government’s failure to address their demands. It may be noted that the association had demanded amalgamation of Directorate and District Ministerial Cadre into Common Ministerial Cadre as recruitment policy and criteria of both the cadre are same; elevation of HA/Sr. HA to that of District Superintendent Class-I and SDHA to that of Class-II; and creation of District Superintendent Class-I and Assistant District Superintendent Class-II in all the in dependent DDOs of Districts and sub-divisions. It further directed all district units of the ANDMSA to be “prepared for any eventuality,” and requested the public to bear with the inconvenience.
