Kohima, June 25 (MExN): The All Nagaland District Ministerial Service Association (ANDMSA) in its Federal Assembly held at Zonal Council Hall here today reiterated its charter of demand submitted earlier to the Committee/Government vide letter No. ANDMSA-GEN-COR/1/2015 Dated 3/08/2016 and 18/03/2016.
The demands are: Amalgamation of Directorate and District Ministerial Cadre into Common Ministerial Cadre as recruitment policy and criteria of both the cadre are same; Elevation of HA/Sr. HA to that of District Superintendent Class-I and SDHA to that of Class-II; Creation of District Superintendent Class-I and Assistant District Superintendent Class-II in all the independent DDOs of districts and sub-divisions.
A press release from ANDMSA President, Shilumenba Alinger, Vice President Inato Sangtam, and General Secretary, T Limhachan Kithan has urged upon the Government to take up the case on priority and facilitate as demanded. The meeting deliberated on the grievances of District Ministerial Services, the release said.
