Kohima, July 13 (MExN): The Angami Youth Organisation (AYO) will be organizing its 25 Years Celebration at Kigwema Village from November 4 to 5 under the theme, “Kelhou Kevi.” Detail schedule of events and activities for the Celebration is on the process of finalisation. Pertaining to this, the Organnizing Committee for the Celebration and the AYO has inform all the Frontal/Regional and Village organisations, different associations and Unions not to schedule any of their programs or activities to the aforementioned dates.
A press note issued by Medo Yhokha, President and Kezhazer Angami, Secretary, Organizing Committee informed that a series of overture activities and programs for the Celebration are in the offing starting from August. For the successful executions of the plans and programs which are focused to benefit the entire citizens, the Organisation needs peace and tranquility. To this end, AYO is constrained to make public of certain built up activities harboured by certain faction (s) that could vitiate peace and breach AYO public resolutions. In reiteration of the Organization's urge for 'Peace, Tranquility, Social- Communal Harmony and Order', the AYO once again impresses and warns all with retributive acts against any that incites and creates societal tensions and insecurity.
