Kohima, September 17 (MExN): The Angami Youth Organisation (AYO) has informed all residents of Kohima that releasing of sewage into drains has been curtailed from 11:00 pm to 4:00 am. In this regard, a press release from the AYO has asked all the citizens to strictly follow this timing.
Further, dog-owners have been asked to leash their dogs “as dog poop in the town area and colonies has become a growing menace”.
The AYO directed colony youth organizations to strictly implement the stated points on or before October 1, 2016 and impose a penalty of Rs. 5000 on any citizen not following the sewage restrictive timing.
Meanwhile, the AYO has called a consultative meeting with all colony youth organizations on September 27 at 12 noon at APO Hall. Informing this, the AYO has directed the Presidents and G.S. of concerned colonies to attend the same without fail.
