Kohima, April 3 (MExN): A joint meeting of the State level office-bearers and Action Committee of All Nagaland Industrial Entrepreneurs Federation (ANIEF) was held on April 3 in Kohima. On the invitation of ANIEF, Toky Chishi, Assistant Director (Nodal Officer) from the Directorate of Industries & Commerce, Nagaland attended the meeting as resource person and highlighted the efforts of the department to obtain funds from the Government of India (GoI), particularly for Central Transport Subsidy (CTS) and Central Capital Investment Subsidy (CCIS) under pending cases for the year 2007, 2008 & 2009 for the state of Nagaland, stated a press release from ANIEF. “This meeting after thorough deliberation on the matter has in a resolution appreciated the untiring yet sincere efforts of the State Department of Industries & Commerce to obtain sanction from the GoI in order to make payment to the active consideration of the GoI with regard to provide funds for the long pending cases,” added the release issued by ANIEF secretary, Shepong W Konyak and president, Povotso Lohe.
