ANNUAL COMMUNITY FISHING: Village folks from Philimi and Tsungiki villages carry a log upon which is to beat a certain species of tree root traditionally used for fishing. Participants beat the root of a tree to extract its juice that is believed to affect the nervous system of a fish making it easier for human to catch.
