ANPSA first state level Sepak Takraw tourney for private schools

KOHIMA, JUNE 21 (MExN): The All Nagaland Private Schools’ Association- Central (ANPSA), in collaboration with the Department of Youth Resources and Sports, Government of Nagaland, is organizing its first ever state level Sepak Takraw Tournament for U -14 Boys and Girls for the private schools of Nagaland. 

16 winning teams at the District Level will play the finals which will be held in Kohima later this year. Altogether 64 schools from 13 districts have registered for the tournament.
As part of the preparations, the department will conduct training sessions for coach-teachers of the participating schools. The first phase of the training will begin on June 24 for schools in Dimapur, Chümoukedima and Niuland, followed by sessions for the remaining districts.

ANPSA-Central is represented by Bithungo Kikon, Ex-Officio Advisor, as the liaison officer to the DYRS, while Asituo, Vice Principal of Greenwood Higher Secondary School, and Ketoulhou Sekhose, General Secretary of ANPSA Dimapur, will serve as liaison members.
