ANPSA Kohima Unit held its annual general body meeting cum Burlington English's Educational Conclave 2024 at Hotel Japfü, Kohima on October 16.

Kohima, October 17 (MExN): The All-Nagaland Private Schools' Association (ANPSA), Kohima Unit held its annual general body meeting cum Burlington English's Educational Conclave 2024 at Hotel Japfü, Kohima on October 16. The event was attended by 50 school heads and teacher representatives from private schools across Kohima districts.

The event was graced by Emilo Patton, District Education Officer (DEO) of Kohima, Government of Nagaland.

Session I was hosted by Jongshijiba Ozukum with invocation by Nitu Jamir and welcome note from Fr Innocent sdb, President, ANPSA, Kohima. A special number was performed by Thüjovelü Phesao. The business session was conducted by Zhopota Rhakho.

The second session focuses on critical reports, including the General Secretary’s Report and the Treasurer’s Report, outlining the association’s progress and future plans.

The educational conclave culminated with a discussion led by Burlington English on the theme “Traditional Educational Practices and the New World of AI & ChatGPT”. 

Participants had an engaging dialogue on how schools in Nagaland can integrate these technological advancements into traditional pedagogical methods, ensuring that students are prepared for the future while retaining core educational values.
