
Dimapur, July 21 (MExN): The All Nagaland School Teacher Association (ANSTA) Zunheboto stated that it is deeply perturbed with the issue of non-regularization of Adhoc teachers even after the suitability test has been conducted long before for regularization.
The association in a press note issued by Bohoto Zhimo, and Yesuho Y.Kiba, general secretary respectively stated that it is pertinent to note that the non-regularization of the Adhoc teacher has created many disparities, which need to be given utmost priority and importance. “Therefore, by the dint of their sincerity and dedication in serving the Government for the past five-ten years and also on the merits of conduct of suitability test,” the ANSTA strongly urge and request the Government to regularize the service of Adhoc teachers immediately without further delay. Meanwhile (ANSTA) Zunheboto also expressed its gratitude to the Democratic Alliance of Nagaland, Government under the dynamic leadership of Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio and School Education Minister Nyeiwang Konyak for setting the imbroglio faced in the education Department with utmost sincerity and wisdom. The ANSTA also stated high appreciation for the retention and the re-appointment of thousand of teachers to the teacher deficit schools.
“Now with the retention and re-appointment of teacher there should be no room left for complacency and all retained teacher should serve the department with utmost sincerity and dedication,” it stated. The association also said that DAN Government truly living to what it profess and propagate “Peoples Government” will heed to our cry and set in motion and place the deserving teachers in particulars and the
people in general.
