ANSTA express anguish on transfer of Hindi teacher

Dimapur, June  10 (MExN): The ANSTA Zunheboto expressed its deep anguish and surprise over the transfer of one Anili Shohe Hindi Teacher, Project High School Zunheboto to Cherry Blossom School, Lerie Kohima.
A press note issued by Bohoto Zhimo and Yesuho Y. Kiba, president and general secretary of ANSTA respectively stated that on April 14, 2011 the ANSTA has made an appeal and request to the Director of School Education through the Deputy Inspector of School Zunheboto to revoke the transfer order in the interests of the students’ community of Zunheboto district as a whole. It is pertinent to note that the authority is adamant on their stand and the demand of the Association is yet to be fulfilled.
Taking the above stated fact into account, the ANSTA is constraint to issue the reminder to the commissioner and secretary to immediately cancel the district transfer of Anili Shohe, which has contravened the basic objective of the Association as well as drifting away from the government policy of equitable distribution of post in every district. “Failing to heed to our reminder the ANSTA shall be compelled to initiate our own course of action to fulfill our objective,” the Association further added.
