ANTA Wokha honours HSLC & HSSLC successful students

Wokha, July 2 (MExN): All Nagaland Taxi Association (ANTA) Wokha Unit organized a felicitation programme for six class 10 and 12 students of taxi association family for their success in the HSLC and HSSLC examinations. The students were awarded for their meritorious achievements while one candidate was awarded for securing job in All India Bank Service Exams.

The function held on July 2 was graced by YM Humtsoe NCS, secretary to the government of Nagaland (Rtd) and vice president, central executive board of NDPP, stated a press release. Stating that students are the future of tomorrow and they have to be dedicated with determination, Humtsoe challenged them to work hard, to avail the opportunities, stick to their works as students and remain 100 percent dedicated. He also encouraged them to respect their parents’ profession and remain humble and also to always put God to their works.

The Lotha Students’ Union (LSU) President, Ashanthung Humtsoe, invited them to visit the LSU office to share ideas or clear doubts while assuring to assist and help the student community. He also informed that LSU will also shortly conduct an annual felicitation programme of students’ excellence award.

In his speech, All Commercial Vehicle Association (ACVA) Wokha district, President, Renbi Ngullie urged the students to use mobile phones positively. 

The ANTA Wokha Unit President, Hayithung Odyu in his keynote address informed that the programme was organized as per March 25, 2022 resolution of ANTA made at Zunheboto.
