ANTHU Wokha Unit celebrates silver jubilee

Wokha, November 24 (MExN): The All Nagaland Hindi Teachers' Union (ANTHU) Wokha Unit celebrated silver jubilee at Wokha District Chairman and VDBs hall on November 24.

Wokha District Education Officer, Kepelhouzo Terhujah in a short speech called on the Hindi teachers to march in unity by introspection and retrospection the past. He made a call for forgiveness and reconciliation and move forward to form a stronger union for better tomorrow.

The programme was chaired by M Phyobeni Kikon, invocation by Nlongtsu Lotha, former president ANHTU, Wokha unit, T Yanroshan Lotha, convener, Planning Committee delivered the welcome note, while Mhonchan Murry, convener, History Committee shared a brief history of ANHTU Wokha unit. Vote of thanks was pronounced by Konthungo Lotha, president ANHTU, Wokha unit.

Earlier, dedication of silver jubilee souvenir and memento was done by Zurenthung Humtsoe Associate Pastor, Wokha Town Baptist Church (WTBC).
