Ao Kaketshir Telungjem Bengaluru celebrated its 40th Annual Freshers’ Meet at the United Theological College, Benson Town on September 27.

BENGALURU, OCTOBER 2 (MExN): The Ao Kaketshir Telungjem Bengaluru (AKTB) celebrated its 40th Annual Freshers’ Meet at the United Theological College, Benson Town, on September 27 under the theme “Penzü Ulushi: Pei Mangdang Tongtet.”
The event was attended by Ao Kaketshir Mungdang (AKM) President Lanutoshi Aier, Vice President Onenpong, General Secretary Satemmongba, and Assistant General Secretary Banjungkaba Imchen. Aier, the keynote speaker, urged students to broaden their horizons, strive for excellence, and embrace opportunities with courage. He encouraged them to become innovators and job creators rather than just seekers of employment.
The programme featured greetings from Ao Senso Telongjem Bangalore and the Naga Students’ Union Bangalore, cultural performances, prayers for freshers, and a felicitation ceremony. The second session included organisational reports, agenda discussions, and adoption of resolutions.
The meet was also attended by members of Bengaluru Ao Baptist Fellowship (BABF), sub-units and tribal units of Naga Students’ Union Bangalore (NSUB), Eastern Naga Students’ Union Bengaluru (ENSUB), and well-wishers from the Ao community.
The occasion highlighted cultural vibrancy and reaffirmed AKTB’s commitment to unity, growth, and service within the student community in Bengaluru.
